VMware ESXi 8.0 Free Edition
VMware by Broadcom has released a new ESXi free edition. with the the latest 8.03e version, that got realeased today.
According to William Lam this comes with a build in non expiring license key that has the same feature like the old free edition. See Linked in blog by William here

Broadcom makes available the VMware vSphere Hypervisor version 8, an entry-level hypervisor. You can download it free of charge from the Broadcom Support.
