Microsoft SQL database restore with Veeam Backup & Replicator 8.0

There are some prerequisite that is need to be in place before you can do at restore of Microsoft SQL Server databases with Veeam, on the SQL server:

  • TCP/IP enabled as SQL Server protocol
  • enabled remote accesss to SQL Server
  • SQL Server Browser Server enbled and running
