VMware Horizon View 7.3.1 released

VMware removed download Horizon View 7.3 after a few days, becaurse of some installation and other problems.

This version fixes this problems, but there are still some issues with VMware Tools version, .Net/Composer, VSAN 6.6.1 (requires ESXi Express Update 4) and others., you need to look out for. so look at the "Before You Begin" section of the release notes.
