VMware vCenter Converter is back
VMware has released VMware vCenter Converter 6.3.0.
The old version of this product was not updated for a long time, and not fixed for any potential security risks, and there for retired, but now it’s back.
What’s new:
- You can install VMware Converter Standalone 6.3.0 on the following platforms:
- Windows Server 2012 (64-bit)
- Windows 8.1 (32-bit and 64-bit)
- Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit)
- Windows 10 (32-bit and 64-bit)
- Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)
- Windows Server 2019 (64-bit)
- Windows 11 (64-bit)
- Windows Server 2022 (64-bit)
- VMware Converter Standalone can convert offline virtual machines from the following Hyper-V servers:
- Windows Server 2012 (64-bit)
- Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit)
- Windows 10 (64-bit)
- Windows Server 2016 (64-bit)
- Windows Server 2019 (64-bit)
- Windows 11 (64-bit)
- Windows Server 2022 (64-bit)
- VMware Converter Standalone can convert offline virtual machines from the following VMware products and versions:
